– We provide consultation service for global health development projects and participation in the project formulation and feasibility study by individual expert.

Development of public health roadmap & short-, mid-, and long-term strategy for governments, funding agencies, NGOs and other clients
– Providing consultancy to develop strategies in improving public health and systems
– Providing consultancy to develop strategies to improve sub-sectors in public health system
Developing global health programs
– Providing consultancy on developing and designing new programs
Program evaluation
– Designing monitoring and evaluation methods and developing M&E plans
– Conducting evaluation including impact evaluation, process evaluation, outcome, impact evaluation, and performance evaluation
Implementation of global health programs
– Participating in implementation stage by providing consultancy in focus areas
– Providing consultancy on process improvement and developing SOPs
